Counseling Center – Jimare Wellness Counseling Center
Jimare Wellness Counseling Center is located at 5915 W. Cermak Road in Cicero, Illinois 60804. Founded in 2014 by Magdalena and Jim Miller, the center is licensed by the State of Illinois and focuses on substance abuse treatment and DUI-related services for adults 18 and older.
Clinicians hold State Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credentials or higher, along with DUI certification. The center is recognized by the Illinois Secretary of State and operates across all Cook County districts, serving both voluntary and court-mandated clients.

Adult Outpatient Treatment is a less intensive option for clients who do not require the full IOP structure.
Additional offerings include online life coaching and the Spirituality in Recovery program, which combines group sessions with monthly individual consultations. The treatment framework is described as a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach that addresses physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions of recovery.
The center serves clients navigating the Illinois Secretary of State reinstatement process, coordinating documentation and hearing preparation as part of its DUI service scope. Court-mandated clients from all Cook County districts are accommodated.
