Counseling Practice – StoneBridge Counseling
StoneBridge Counseling operates across two Pennsylvania locations in Phoenixville and Pottstown, functioning as an association of private practice therapists and pre-licensed professionals. The practice applies a cognitive coaching approach to psychotherapy, orienting sessions toward developing self-understanding and encouraging new perspectives on life situations.
The clinical team includes Helen Dean, LPC, alongside Nick Krause, M.A., Elif Dogru, M.A., and Melissa Threadgill, M.A. Each clinician manages an individual appointment schedule, and clients are advised to contact their specific clinician directly for changes within 24 hours of a session.
StoneBridge operates as an out-of-network provider. Payment is collected prior to each appointment, and the practice provides clients with guidance on submitting for insurance reimbursement independently. Session fees are structured by duration: 55 to 60 minutes is priced at $125, sessions over 40 minutes at $105, and 30-minute sessions at $95. A sliding scale is available starting at $65, though not all clinicians participate. Phone and written consultations are available at $30. Late cancellations within 24 hours carry a $65 fee, and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
Services are offered both in-person at the Phoenixville and Pottstown offices and online. Office administrative hours are Monday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., while clinical appointments follow each clinician’s individual availability.
The practice can be reached by phone or text at 610-323-8866 or by email at [email protected]. StoneBridge positions itself as a collaborative community of therapists serving adults and pre-licensed professionals working toward licensure in the Philadelphia suburbs region of southeastern Pennsylvania.
