H3 Therapy, PLLC is an Applied Behavior Analysis practice located in Clarksville, Tennessee, owned and operated by a retired military family with personal experience raising a child diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The practice serves children, adolescents, adults, and military dependents diagnosed with ASD. Contact is available at (931) 538-1460 or [email protected], with the practice located at a Clarksville, TN 37040 address.

The practice is directed by Stacy Wilcox, MA, BCBA, LBA (licensed in both Kentucky and Tennessee), who serves as Director of ABA Services and co-owner. She holds certifications in PEERS for Adolescents, PEAK Level 1, and PECS Level 1, and began providing ABA services in January 2010, earning board certification as a behavior analyst in January 2012. Jesse Wilcox serves as Managing Partner and co-owner. The clinical team includes six additional Board Certified Behavior Analysts and multiple Registered Behavior Technicians credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. All staff providing school-based services have been fingerprinted and background checked through the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

H3 Therapy delivers ABA services across multiple settings: in-home, clinic-based (the clinic facility opened August 2023), in-school, and in community settings for generalization work. Assessments utilize the Verbal Behavior Milestone Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), PEAK Relational Training, and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, with biannual reassessments to keep programming current. All BCBAs on staff are Level 1 PEAK certified.

The clinic facility is described as a home-like group setting with a child-led approach rather than rigid scheduling structures. Parent Training is offered to help families apply ABA principles outside of clinical sessions. HIPAA-compliant digital technology replaces traditional paper data collection and gives supervisors real-time session access.

School-based services are available for CMCSS school district students and typically book approximately six months in advance. In-home services carry extended waitlists. The practice works with insurance carriers to arrange appropriate treatment settings, including Tricare for military beneficiaries.
